The default currency is SGD (Singapore Dollar). 

Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?

Once the order confirmed, we will try to ship it out in 1-3  working days depending on stock availability except for Pre-Order products. We hope for your kind understanding & patience.

Q. I'm not living in Singapore, can I purchase from you?
We are happy to ship to other countries, please get in touch with our Customer Service team to obtain a quote.

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.

  • Please send an email to our customers service email at with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
  • Shipped or processed orders are non-cancellable.

Returned Parcel Due To Non Acknowledgement
If the parcel was returned due to non-collection at the branch (usually within 7 working days), the parcel will be returned. We charge a restocking fee of $5 or 10% of the total amount (whichever is higher) plus the postage fee for re-shipping or cancellation of order.
